Thanks to all the lovelies that came out last night to the show. What a great crowd you were. Full of life and vigor, and super-intelligence.

One of my favorite moments was reading the intro from a certain gay he-man. Here is the text of that letter:

Dear Big Stupid New York,

Why do you hate me so much? I have been transmitting Electro-Letters to you EVERY WEEK for the past year. I've repeatedly sent you my audition tapes for the Big-Time Fancy New York Dance Troupe. And what do I get? Not one Telly-Phone callback or electronical reply, that's what!

Being a professional dancer was my dream, but obviously you're nothing but a big, fat Dream Beast with an appetite for my scrumptious dreams. I hope they tasted good to you, Dream Beast!!

Well, it's your loss, New York, because I have something special inside of me. Maybe you've heard of it -- a little something called... THE POWER OF GREYSKULL? Yeah, that's right! How does it feel to lose the most fabulous Prince in the universe as your dancer?

Soooo good. If you weren't there we missed you...for like 5 seconds - until we realized what a great time we were having.

My friend Lang and I opened the show with a fun game of "name that music video", where Lang and I acted out a music video charades-style for the audience to guess. I was so impressed with people's quick knowledge!!!

The next Video Gaga is Thursday November 30 at 9:30 p.m.

I'm excited to announce that our musical guest is the adorable band,
The Honey Brothers.

Also, the adorable sketch group Olde English will be CRASHING the party, but in a good way. They'll be showing TWO videos and performing a sketch!

BUT WAIT! The adorable-fest doesn't stop there. A new video by The Rob & Mark Show, which I had the honor of directing. Yes, the world premiere of the video for their hilarious song, "Let's Switch Cars"!

AND! A video by Kate Spencer. It doesn't get much more adorable than this, folks.

It's hard to believe that there could be anything more than all this, but THERE IS. So get your tickets NOW.

We had an amazing Video Gaga last week at The Canal Room, combined with a big party for my new show, The DL, and a performance by The Walkmen. I'll post some pictures from the event very soon.

In the meantime, we are accepting submissions for the November show, which is Thursday the 30th at UCB!

This video from the boys of Freestyle Love Supreme is late, considering the fact that we were pretty much cheated out of the end of summer. But thinking just a few weeks back, it applies perfectly. We couldn't show this at the show because it was made w/webcammery and wouldn't work on the big screen.
